By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

itclips.live is a platform designed to help users generate and manage short-form content from livestream and related media workflows.

Depending on the features available at the time, itclips.live may allow you to:

• connect third-party platforms such as Twitch, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• automatically create clips from livestream content
• edit and manage clips inside the platform
• generate captions or related content using AI tools
• publish or assist with publishing content to connected social platforms

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use itclips.live.

By using itclips.live, you confirm that:

• you are legally able to enter into these Terms
• the information you provide is accurate
• your use of the service does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights

Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some or all features of itclips.live.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details secure
• activity that takes place under your account
• ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You must not allow unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account if we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised use, a security issue, non-payment, platform abuse, legal risk, or a breach of these Terms.

Plans, feature limits, and subscriptions

itclips.live may offer free and paid plans, including plans such as Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium.

Plan features, usage limits, and pricing may vary. These may include limits on:

• clips
• exports
• storage
• connected accounts
• AI generations
• access to certain tools or workflows

If you reach a plan limit, we may restrict access to the relevant feature, pause further usage until the next billing period, or require an upgrade to continue.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

• billing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe
• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
• access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
• prices, features, and plan limits may change in the future

If payment is not successfully collected, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features.

Except where required by law, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable.

Trials, discounts, and promotional offers

We may offer free trials, discounted periods, invite-only access, or promotional pricing from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise at the point of offer, a free trial or promotional access period may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of that period.

We may change, withdraw, or limit promotional offers at any time.

Connected platforms and third-party services

itclips.live may allow you to connect third-party accounts and services, including Twitch, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Stripe, and other providers.

When you connect a third-party account:

• you authorise us to access and use the data and permissions made available through that connection
• you confirm that you have the right to connect that account
• you understand that your use of that third-party service remains subject to its own terms and policies

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, third-party outages, API restrictions, account suspensions, content removals, rate limits, policy changes, or changes in third-party functionality.

If a third-party provider changes or removes access, some features of itclips.live may stop working or become limited.

Your content and permissions

For the purposes of these Terms, “Your Content” means content, materials, account-connected data, text, clips, prompts, preferences, and other information you submit, connect, generate, edit, schedule, or make available through itclips.live.

You retain ownership of Your Content.

However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and use Your Content only to the extent needed to:

• operate and provide the service
• generate clips, captions, and outputs
• enable connected publishing features
• maintain platform functionality
• improve reliability, security, performance, and internal product operations

You confirm that you own, control, or have all rights, licences, permissions, and consents necessary to use Your Content with itclips.live.

You are solely responsible for:

• the content you choose to process, edit, generate, schedule, or publish
• ensuring you have all rights, permissions, licences, and consents required
• ensuring your use of connected platform features complies with the rules of those platforms
• reviewing clips, captions, and outputs before publication

We do not claim ownership over your raw media solely because it is processed through the platform.

Publishing and acting on your behalf

Where publishing, scheduling, or connected account actions are enabled, you authorise itclips.live to act on your behalf based on the permissions you grant through your connected accounts and the actions you initiate.

At launch, posting and related publishing actions are intended to be user-initiated. Even where tools or automations are available, you remain fully responsible for what is scheduled, published, or otherwise distributed through your connected accounts.

itclips.live is a software tool. It is not a social network, marketplace, content-sharing community, or user-to-user hosting platform.

AI features

itclips.live may provide AI-assisted features, including caption generation and similar tools.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use
• you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them
• we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be original, error-free, compliant with platform rules, or fit for any specific purpose

We may add, remove, modify, or expand AI features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use itclips.live:

• in any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful way
• to infringe copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• to process, clip, publish, or distribute content you do not own or do not have permission to use
• to impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation
• to scrape, abuse, or misuse third-party APIs or connected services
• to upload, connect, publish, or process abusive, hateful, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content
• to spam, mislead, or automate activity in a way that violates third-party platform rules
• to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure
• to bypass technical limitations, access controls, or usage restrictions

We may investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

Beta and evolving features

itclips.live may include beta, preview, experimental, or evolving features.

These features may be changed, withdrawn, interrupted, unsupported, or unstable at any time. They may have limited functionality and may not work as expected.

Your use of beta or experimental features is at your own risk.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but itclips.live is provided on an as available basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• clips, posts, or AI outputs will always be generated successfully
• connected third-party services will remain available
• the platform will meet every specific commercial, editorial, or performance objective you may have

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or make technical changes at any time.

Intellectual property

The itclips.live platform, including its software, design, branding, layout, interfaces, and original platform materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of itclips.live or any part of the platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or create derivative works from the platform except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

Testimonials, usage data, and marketing permissions

We may use aggregated, anonymised, or non-personal usage data for internal analysis, product improvement, marketing, and business purposes.

We may also refer to your use of itclips.live, including your name, brand, logo, content, clips, or testimonial material, for promotional or marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.

By using itclips.live, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and process personal data as described there.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, itclips.live is provided without warranties except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In particular, we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party platform
• uninterrupted access to social platform APIs
• the performance, reach, engagement, monetisation, or outcome of any content created or published using itclips.live
• that AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, original, or suitable for publication without review

Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages
• we are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service
• we are not liable for missed posts, failed clips, duplicate posts, poor-performing content, AI errors, third-party platform failures, API changes, content removals, account restrictions, or actions taken by external providers
• our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to itclips.live will not exceed the greater of:
  • the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
  • £100

Indemnity

If you use itclips.live for business purposes, or in breach of these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from:

• your misuse of the service
• your breach of these Terms
• your infringement of third-party rights
• content you process, publish, schedule, or distribute through the platform

This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by law or where the claim is caused by our own fault.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using itclips.live at any time.

If you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms
• payment is overdue or unsuccessful
• we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons
• your use creates risk for the platform, other users, or third parties
• a third-party integration required for your access becomes unavailable or restricted

Data is not automatically deleted immediately on termination unless required by law or our internal processes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing:

Where reasonably necessary, we may retain limited data for up to 90 days after closure for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or technical reasons.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will aim to provide reasonable notice through the website, app, or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of itclips.live after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of the country where you live.
